How long does my order take?

Inside Qatar, 2–3 days after you approve your design. Outside Qatar, 3–4 weeks.

Will I see the design before it's printed?

Yes. We always send a preview first, and your order includes two free revisions.

What size are the cards?

Standard trading-card size: 63 × 88 mm, printed on thick 300gsm card stock.

What comes with the card?

Every card arrives sealed in a clear grading case with a display stand.

What photos should I send?

A clear, well-lit photo with the face visible. For car cards, also a photo of the whole car. Original photos work best.

Can I order a design that isn't on the site?

Yes — choose the Full Custom Card, send us your idea and references, and we'll design it from scratch.

Can I order several copies of the same card?

Of course. Just change the quantity in your cart — great for party favours and gifts.

Do you ship outside Qatar?

Yes, delivery outside Qatar takes 3–4 weeks.

Can I get a refund?

Every card is designed just for you, so we can't offer refunds once the design has started. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
