Every order is made to order. After you place your order we send you a preview, and production starts once you approve the design.
- Inside Qatar: 2–3 days after you approve your design.
- Outside Qatar: 3–4 weeks after you approve your design. Times can vary depending on the destination and customs.
Every card is sealed in a clear grading case with a display stand and packed securely for delivery.
Returns & refunds
Every M Studio product is designed just for you.
- Before design starts: contact us and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.
- After design starts: custom work can't be refunded. Your order includes a preview and two free revisions so you can get the result you want before we print.
- Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you.
